I love the morning. I love getting up and getting out of the house before anyone has even thought to brush their teeth. I also love the smell of lavender, walking barefoot in dewy grass, and rainy days with the windows open. I love sitting and talking and sipping hot coffee, and taking walks in the crisp autumn air. All these things contribute to my happiness and factors into these habits that I have tried to implement throughout my life.
